Book a discovery call. Start with a conversation.
No pitch. No jargon. By the end of the call you'll know exactly what we'd build for your business, what it would cost, and what it would be worth.
What we'll cover
This isn't a sales call. It's a working session to figure out whether a project makes commercial sense for you.
Your actual business problem
Not "we need a new website", but the real issue underneath: too few enquiries, leads going to competitors, manual work eating your week.
What success looks like
We'll define it in numbers you already care about: enquiries per month, jobs won, hours saved. Not vanity metrics.
The cost of doing nothing
Every month with an underperforming site has a price. We'll put a rough figure on it so you can weigh it against the investment.
What a solution is worth
If the numbers don't stack up, we'll tell you. We'd rather turn down a project than deliver something that doesn't pay for itself.
What to bring
You don't need to prepare a thing to book. But if you have any of the below to hand, the 30 minutes will work a lot harder for you.
Your current website, if you have one
Just the address is enough. If you know roughly how many enquiries it brings in per month, even better. "None" and "no idea" are both useful answers.
Your rough numbers
Average value of a job or order, roughly how many enquiries you get a month, and how many turn into paying work. Ballpark figures are fine, this is how we work out what a solution is actually worth to you.
Where new business comes from today
Word of mouth, repeat customers, directories, walk-ins? Knowing what already works tells us where a website can add the most, and where it can't.
One clear goal for the next 12 months
More enquiries, bigger jobs, a new service line, less time on admin. One honest priority beats a wish list of ten.
A competitor or a site you rate
One or two examples, competitors or otherwise. What you like and dislike about them tells us more than an hour of abstract discussion.
Whoever says yes
If someone else signs off on spending decisions, having them on the call saves you relaying everything second-hand and saves everyone a second meeting.
What you get out of it
Thirty minutes, a straight conversation, and something useful to take away whether or not we ever work together:
- A clear read on what's holding your website back
- A rough figure for what fixing it is worth to you
- An honest answer on whether the numbers justify the spend
- No follow-up sales sequence, no pressure, no obligation
If a project doesn't make commercial sense for you, we'll say so on the call and you'll have lost nothing but half an hour.
